Start where you are
No perfect routine or perfect starting point required.
Whole-person mental health coaching
Supporting mental health through clarity, compassion, and truth.
Personalized, peer-informed support for women and Veterans navigating stress, change, chronic pain, neurodivergence, and everyday wellbeing.
A flexible foundation
Sacred Truth begins with what matters to you now. Together, we look at your goals, strengths, barriers, energy, relationships, environment, and available time.
Getting started does not require a long intake. Begin with a short, optional topic list, then meet face-to-face virtually to shape your coaching path together.
The structure stays dependable. The focus and pace stay personal.
No perfect routine or perfect starting point required.
We focus on the change that feels meaningful and possible.
Plans can shift without judgment when your capacity shifts.
Bring what is real
You may arrive with one concern or several. These are possibilities, not a required curriculum.
Who Sacred Truth supports
Women's focus
Whole-person support for mental wellness, changing bodies, competing demands, identity, and life transitions.
Veteran focus
Peer-informed support shaped by respect for military experience, transition, chronic pain, and life beyond service.
Combined focus
Women Veterans face unique mental health and wellness challenges. Sacred Truth offers a welcoming space for understanding, support, and hope.
LGBTQIA2+ clients and people of diverse identities, relationships, backgrounds, and life experiences are warmly welcomed.
How it moves
Minimal pre-work leaves more room for a real conversation, shared decisions, and a realistic first step.
Check only what you may want to discuss. No written history is required.
Have a face-to-face introduction with room to pause, process, move, or skip.
Agree on the first focus, useful support, pace, and one possible next step.
Keep what helps and revise what does not as needs or capacity change.
Lived experience matters
Sacred Truth was founded by C. Olivas (she/her), a disabled woman Veteran and Mental Health Coach (MHC). She holds a Master of Science in Health Psychology and is an Oregon-certified Traditional Health Worker (THW) with Veteran peer support training (PSS).
Personal experience with PTSD, ADHD and neurodivergent thinking, chronic pain, perimenopause, anxiety, and burnout brings empathy and practical understanding to the work. Your experience, however, remains at the center.
Clients should feel heard, respected, unhurried, and free from shame.
